TA-Luft Ball Valve
Ta-Luft is now aligned with ISO 15848-1 for fugitive emissions testing, which means that testing according to Ta-Luft now follows the same test parameters as in the ISO standard. ISO 15848-1 is a type test standard for valve fugitive emissions performance, focusing on valve and packing leakage under specific conditions. ISO 15848-1 defines three tightness classes (A, B and C) based on leakage rate, with class A having the lowest ambient leakage.
Freeman Valve manufactures ball valve, plug valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve, butterfly valve, strainer, diaphragm valve, and safety valve that meet Ta-Luft and ISO 15848-1 requirements.
ATEX Ball Valve
Freeman Valve manufactures ball valve, plug valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve, butterfly valve, strainer, diaphragm valve and safety valve for gas areas and dust areas respectively. Gas Zones meet Exd IIB T4 Gb & Dust Zones meet Extb IIIC T1 Db.
NACE MR0175 Ball Valve
NACE MR0175 now also known as ISO 15156, is an international standard that sets requirements for metallic materials used in oil and gas production environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H2S) to prevent sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSC). NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 is designed to ensure safe and reliable use of metallic materials in sour (H2S-containing) environments in the oil and gas industry by specifying requirements for materials, heat treatments, and strength levels. The standard covers a wide range of materials used in oil and gas exploration and production, including carbon steels, low alloys, and corrosion-resistant alloys.
Fire Safe Ball Valve
Fire Safe Ball Valve mainly refers to soft-sealed ball valve. The high-performance ball valve produced by Freeman Valve all meet the requirements of Fire Safe.
Vacuum Ball Valve
Vacuum valve is high performance components used in vacuum assisted processes that place special demands on precision, durability and ultra-clean vacuum. Freeman Valve manufactures valve for use in rough vacuum, high vacuum (HV) or ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions.
