BVALVE Soft-seated butterfly valve. One-piece wafer design with extended neck and a concentric disc and seat configuration to allow for DN40-DN1200 of piping insulation. Flanges have hole drilling according to international flange standards. The valves are provided with a non-corrosive bushing and self-adjusting stem seal.

Our Swing Clear and Step Seat Butterfly Control Valves are designed to control the flow of liquids and gases for more severe applications typically encountered in chemical and petrochemical applications where a complete tight shut-off is not essential.
The Swing Clear disc, which has no contact with the valve body, enables valves to be used with high pressures and a wide range of temperatures.
Our Step Seat valves mean reduced leakage levels on limited applications, with both high and low temperature gasses.
Our types of Swing Clear and Step Seat valve bodies include Wafer, Lugged, Double Flanged and Butt Weld Ends. The discs have a streamlined shape which provides minimum resistance to flow and, on larger valve ribs, are incorporated for extra strength. Special clearance is provided between body and disc to prevent seizure in valves used at elevated temperatures.
Sizes: 50mm up to 2200mm, with body ratings of ANSI Class 150 to 2500 and NP6 to NP400.
Temperatures: from -196°C to 1000°C
Capable of handling line pressures up to 450 bars and closed pressure drops up to 100 bars, depending upon valve size and construction.

Materiál
Teleso je zo šedej liatiny, tanier a čap z korózievzdornej ocele, manžeta podľa druhu pracovnej látky a tesnenie čapu je klasický O-krúžok.
Použitie
Pre neagresívne tekutiny ako voda, pre pracovný tlak pre DP a pre teploty do 120°C.

Stem design: Single piece shaft can be removed to service valve with no special tools required.
Top flange: Conforms to ISO 5211 for the mounting of a wide range of actuators, levers and gear operators.
One piece shaft: Maintains accurate disc position. The shaft is secured to disc with an accurately machined square broach – there are no shaft pins to create leakage paths or corrosion points.
Resilient seat surface: Extends past valve face to eliminates the need for gaskets on flanges.
Bi-directional secured seat: Seat is field replaceable, bi-directional and suitable for dead end service at the full rated pressure
Bushings: Five separate bushings provide correct alignment of shaft through the body and reduces operating torque.
Stem seal: Stem is sealed by two separate o-rings and an integral seal in the seat to ensure no external leakage for the life of the valve.
Disc edge: Smooth finished disc edge provides superior seal, reduces valve torque and provides bubble tight shutoff.
Leptirasti ventili
Leptirasti ventili se mogu koristiti za izolaciju i regulaciju protoka. Mehanizam za zatvaranje ima oblik diska. Zatvaranje je slično kao kod kuglastoga ventila i omogućeno je brzo zatvaranje.
Leptirasti ventili u pravilu se preferiraju nad ostalima, jer su jeftiniji od ventila drugih konstrukcija, te zato što su lakši po težini.
Disk je smješten u centru cijevi, kroz disk prolazi šipka, koja je povezana sa aktuatorom na vanjskoj strani ventila. Okretanjem aktuatora okreće se disk, paralelno ili okomito na smjer protoka. Za razliku od kuglastih ventila, disk je uvijek uronjen u medij, dakle, tekućina uvijek uzrokuje pad tlaka, bez obzira na položaj ventila.
Leptirasti ventil spada u grupu quater-turn ventila (četvrtina kruga/okretaja). Četvrtina okretaja diska u potpunosti otvara ili zatvara ventil.”Leptir” je metalni disk, postavljen na šipku. Kad je ventil zatvoren, disk je okrenut tako da u potpunosti blokira prolaz. Kad je ventil otvoren do kraja, disk je okrenut za četvrtinu okretaja, tako da omogućuje gotovo neograničeni prolaz tekućine.
Ventil se može otvarati i postupno, tako da se regulira se protok medija.
Postoje različite vrste leptirastih ventila, prilagođene različitim pritiscima i različitim uvjetima korištenja. Leptirasti ventil sa elastičnim brtvljenjem, koji koristi fleksibilnost gume, ima najnižu klasu tlaka. Leptirasti ventili visokih performansi koriste se u sustavima nešto više klase tlaka, imaju blagi pomak u položaju diska, što povećava sposobnost brtvljenja i smanjuje habanje.
